COVID 19 INFORMATION

 

 

As per executive order by the governor of Rhode Island, Empire Studio RI will be open for business as of June 1st with strict restrictions an limitations in place.  

 

Due to the nature of our work, social distancing guidelines can be a challenge and difficult to meet at times.  However, rest assured that we at Empire Studio RI are doing everything in our power to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. We have implemented specific guidelines for arriving to your appointment, face masks, social distancing, and other important steps to guarantee the safety of you and your artist.

 

Face Masks

Face masks must be worn at all times unless a client can easily , continuously, and measurably maintain at least six feet of distance from other guests and employee’s for the duration of his or her time in the building. 

 There are no exceptions. If you do not have a face mask, one will be provided to you by your artists. Failure to wear your mask will result in being asked to leave the building and forfeiting your deposit.

 

Arriving to your appointment.

You will be required to contact your artist upon arriving to your appointment at which point they will instruct you to enter the building. At the time being we ask that you do not bring a guest with you. If you do happen to bring a guest, they will need to wait outside of the building for the duration of your appointment. 

Upon arrival you will be asked to scan the QR code at the front desk to fill out the new paperless consent form. You will also have your temperature checked. If your temperature is too high you will be asked to leave the building and your artist will reach out to you to reschedule your appointment. Please do not come to the shop if you are not feeling well. 

 

For the time being, Empire Studio RI will not be taking walk in’s. All tattoos will be appointment only until further notice. This is to ensure we do not exceed capacity. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
